Meet The Team

Kim Urquhart, LICSW
Practice Owner
I believe it is extremely important to focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will help you develop tools to manage life’s adversities and become the best version of yourself! It is important to remember that each generation faces their own challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, sadness, anger, depression, or self -esteem related issues. I have extensive training and background working with youth who have experienced trauma.  Treatment should be unique to each individual. Our work will focus on your strengths and we will set achievable goals which will promote hope for the future. I work from a very creative approach and I like to think outside of the box. I utilize Strength Based & Mindfulness approaches. I also use Family Systems Therapy along with an integrative approach which helps with whole body healing.

Jill Sayward, LICSW
Clinician
We all have strengths, even if there are moments when they feel out of reach. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and accepting space where clients feel empowered to reconnect with those strengths and work toward meaningful personal goals. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and without judgment. My approach is person centered, strengths based, and trauma informed. I also take a holistic perspective, recognizing the connections between mind, body, and spirit. I value building a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship with all my clients. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I understand that therapy is not one size fits all. Each client is unique, and I meet them exactly where they are. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, schools, residential treatment facilities, and both juvenile and adult correctional systems. My areas of specialization include trauma, personality disorders, attachment concerns, stress, and self-esteem. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches. It does not matter where you’re starting from, I will walk with you through your therapeutic journey providing insight, support and encouragement. Jill is currently in the credentialing process with insurances. Please reach out if you're interested in seeking support from Jill!
