We request 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We have a no show/ late cancellation fee of $60.00 that cannot be billed through your insurance. This fee applies to clients who are private pay or have commercial/private insurance plans.
Additional Fees
**Written Reports: $20 per 15 minutes when agreed as clinically necessary
**Legal Fee(s) - Court Attendance: $600 per day plus preparation, travel, and lodging.
**Any client who is uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for their mental health care services has the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”. Please review the No Surprise Act by visiting www.cms.gov/nosurprises
